Lego jurassic world save file download

Maybe there is, I don't use cloud. I wouldn't be sure. I found the folder where the save game data is on my laptop, deleted it so it would refresh from the cloud, dowloaded successfully, still corrupt. Restarted laptop, deleted old save data, started steam, it refreshed with the latest save data, still corrupt. So is this a LEGO error or a cloud save issue?? I sent in a heat ticket to LEGO.
